Hi There!
I am especially interested in coaching and how it relates to health and wellness.
I am currently completing my BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy.
My other special interest is children on the austistic spectrum and their families -
I have a 8 year old son who was diagnosed as Autistic in 2006, Stress plays
such a big role in these families' lives and through coaching and
Stress Biofeedback, quality of life can be greatly improved.
